My website is hosted on the Squarespace platform. Squarespace.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my art to you. Your data may be stored through Squarespace.com’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by Squarespace.com and used by Rowan Day adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by my store and its service providers.

To provide you with the best possible service from Rowan Day, I'd like to send you relevant and timely information about my work, studio and offers. You can choose to receive these e-newsletters by opting to subscribe to my mailing list. You can choose not to receive further information from Rowan Day by opting to unsubscribe via a link at the bottom of my newsletters, or by contacting me directly.

You do not have to provide any information to us to use the main areas of this website. However, to use e-commerce facilities within this site, customers will be required to submit essential information. This will include your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card / other payment information. 
 

My third-party web developers, Squarespace, may collect information about your internet connection and website-use, for example, the URL from which you landed on my IP address, browser type, and the web pages viewed during your visit, the country where your computer is located, and any search terms you entered on our website. I may collect this information from registered and unregistered users to ensure I am offering a great online service.

I may disclose your personal information if  asked to do so by the police or any other regulatory or Government authority investigating suspected illegal activities.
